RATE :
INCLUDES :
- Accommodation,
meals, soft drinks, laundry for duration of safari.
- Services of professional
hunter, skinning, tracking and surface transportation during safari
as well
as hunting vehicles.
- Field preparation
of trophies.
- Daily rate includes
a compulsory 14% VAT Government Tax.
- Transport to and
from Lowhills from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport.
EXCLUDES
:
- Airfare to and
from Johannesburg International Airport, Johannesburg.
- Airfare from Johannesburg
International Airport to nearest airport or landing strip to hunting
area.
- Optional aircraft
charters before, during or after safari.
- Trophy fees for
animals hunted.
- Hotel accommodation
before and after safari.
- Dipping, packing,
cleaning (undertaken by taxidermist) and airfreight of trophies.
- Tips, gratuities,
personal items, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages.
DEPOSIT
ARRANGEMENTS:
- Deposit of 45%
of daily rate payable in order to confirm booking.
- Balance payable
14 days before commencement of hunt.
- Trophy fees are
payable in cash or travellers cheques on completion of hunt.
CANCELLATION
:
Bookings will only be refunded if cancelled more than 90 days before commencement
of hunt.
Bookings may however be shifted to an alternative date within the same
booking year (depending on availability), or transferred to another person.
HUNTING CONDITIONS :
Lowhills hunt according to the sportsman's dictum of fair chase and in
keeping with Lowhills' traditions and standards of hospitality, we reserve
the right to terminate any safari on the ground of unacceptable conduct.
Full daily rate payable from day of arrival as either hunter or observer.
All game wounded must be paid in full.
PRIVATE AIR CHARTERS:
Private charters are recommended and can be arranged by Lowhills for clients
to and from different hunting or vacation areas.
LIABILITY:
Lowhills will maintain the utmost possible precaution for your safety.
However we cannot accept responsibility for any illness, accident or theft
whatsoever, nor for any expense arising from such illness, accident or
theft.
